We track the delivery: where is the courier?

Would you like to track the movement of a specific driver or courier to the delivery point? With ANT-Logistics it is possible!

When creating a route, a link is generated for each point to track the vehicle's location online. To get a link, perform the following actions:

  • Move the cursor to the required point of route - a pop-up window will appear (depending on whether the Map objects properties of are activated, the window may have a different appearance).
  • Click the "Tracking Link" button.

  • A window will open with a tracking link. Click on the link (if necessary, the link can be copied).

  • The map will open in a separate browser tab. The map shows the exact location of the vehicle and the selected delivery point with the driver's estimated time of arrival. The movement of the vehicle will be displayed on the map online.

But that's not all. We are currently in the process of implementing the ability to pass the generated link through API. How will it be useful for our users? In this case, the link can be automatically transferred to CRM. The user can perform automatic mailing to customers. Customers will be able to track the movement of the vehicle (courier) on their own.

In the ANT-Logistics Mobile application, several payment methods are available: cash or card. For convenient use of card payments, we have introduced the possibility of using payment terminals.
